Timelines vary based on project complexity, utility service availability, and permitting requirements. Typical ranges:

• Proposal development: 72 hours to 1 week
• DCFC site development: 3-6 months from site selection to energization
• Multi-site network deployment: 6-12 months depending on site count
• Data center power infrastructure: 6-18 months depending on capacity
• Utility rebate applications: 2-6 weeks for approval

We coordinate applications across all major Southeast utility programs:

• Georgia Power Make Ready (up to $5,000/port, $300K project maximum)
• Tennessee Valley Authority EV programs
• Duke Energy Carolinas charging rebates
• Alabama Power commercial charging initiatives

We handle application preparation, technical documentation, utility coordination, and post-installation verification. Our rebate capture rate is 100% of eligible funding.

We coordinate electrical engineering firms but do not provide engineering design services directly. We manage engineering scope, review specifications, coordinate with design teams, and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders. We work with licensed professional engineers for all design work requiring engineering stamps and approvals.

We coordinate across all major DC fast charging manufacturers including ChargePoint, ABB, Tritium, Siemens, BTC Power, and FreeWire. We provide manufacturer-agnostic recommendations based on your project requirements, site constraints, and budget. We leverage established relationships to secure competitive pricing and manage technical support.

Mitchell Project Management Group maintains professional liability insurance and operates under proper business licensing. We coordinate with licensed electrical contractors and professional engineers for all work requiring technical licensing. We provide certificate of insurance upon request.

Our utility incentive program expertise is specific to Georgia Power, TVA, Duke Energy, and Alabama Power territories. We provide business development consulting, proposal development, and strategic advisory services nationwide. For projects requiring local utility coordination outside the Southeast, we assess fit on a case-by-case basis.
